I can help facilitate you obtaining reimbursement from your insurance when you pay regular rates.
Insurance can provide the financial resources to help you obtain your treatment goals. Managed care plans often require authorization before they will provide reimbursement for mental health services. This authorization is often obtained by requiring a clinical diagnosis, assessment, treatment plan, and follow-up summary. It is important for you to inquire about their specific requirements prior to your first appointment: number of sessions provided on your plan, and rates of reimbursement (what percent and what allowable amount) for an out-of-network  Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LH60095901).  You are responsible for full payment at each session and a monthly superbill will be provided for you to submit for reimbursement, if you choose to do so. You will be asked to sign a release of information to your insurance company for any documentation it deems necessary to determine the legitimacy of the claim.
