I started off in school pursuing a Computer Science degree. It was only after feeling much more alive and engaged in psychology classes that I realized my desire to work with people more intimately. Since then, I have done a lot of self-healing work and I have learned to make decisions from my whole being, rather than following only what my mind thinks. My passion is to use the teachings from my healing journey and support others’ transformation, healing, and expansion.

My experience as a counselor, instructor, and family interventionist draws on a wide range of approaches. I am an avid learner and have studied mainstream counseling techniques, as well as, psycho-spiritual counseling, bioenergetics, dyad communication, grief and loss ceremonies, Restorative Touch Energy Work, Tantra, and Enlightenment Intensives.

I have been featured on the Vibrational Health Radio Show, where I coached parents to raise responsible, capable, and conscious children. I have counseled deaf and hearing children and youth in schools on a wide range of issues, as well as provide in-home family intervention for conflict resolution and effective communication.

I have enjoyed volunteering at food banks and at a shelter with women and children who had experienced domestic violence, being a youth activity coordinator (including ropes course facilitation), and facilitating Parenting with Love and Logic classes. I am also an Ordained Minister and a Certified Spiritual Healer.

These experiences have been my path of evolution. There have been many times of darkness where I gained wisdom and grace from sitting through the depth of my pain and sorrow. I believe we are all a work of art in progress. Throughout my journey, I have been blessed to have mentors and teachings that have pushed me beyond my comfort zone and into living a life which is more aligned with my innermost desires.
