1. Sliding scale reduced rates are based on gross monthly income.
$75-105 50 minute session
$115-160 75 minute session
$140-190 90 minute session
First Appointment: $155 (75-90 minute intake)

2. Insurance Reimbursement
Regular (non-discounted/sliding-scale) rates
$120 50 minute session
$180 75 minute session
$240 90 minute session

It is important for you to inquire about their specific requirements prior to your first appointment:

a.) Do you have out-of-network coverage for a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LH60095901)?
b.) What is your deductible and how much have you satisfied?
c.) Do you have a pre-existing condition wait period?
d.) What is the number of sessions provided on your plan?
e.) What percent of what allowable amount do they reimburse for an out of network provider, CPT code 90806?
f.) If you are seeking couples counseling, is it covered on your plan? If yes, what are the conditions?

Income based sliding scale: 75 minute sessions, $115-160 pay as you go

Non-income based discount: 12 weekly, 75 minute sessions, Reduced rate paid in 3 monthly installments $1725, Save $435

Jump Start Special: 5 hours in one day, $575, Save $125

Regular (non-discounted/sliding scale) rates, $180 pay as you go
