Regardless of your experience with religion, we all benefit from the self-empowerment that comes with Spiritual Resourcing. There is a comfort that comes from being able to go “home” – home to a group of friends where we are unconditionally loved, or home to a trustworthy space in nature or that healing space and guidance found in non-ordinary reality.
During Spiritual Coaching my job is to assess what practices are most suited for your lifestyle and your learning style. I will bring my experience from communicating with the other side, Shamanic Practices, meditation, Reiki, Restorative Touch, sweat lodge and fire ceremonies, fasting, Enlightenment Intensive Master training, the Vibrational Health Institute program, and working with crystals to set intentions to help you enhance your path toward renewal and resourcing.
Induced After Death Communication can be integrated into your EMDR journey or as a standalone service. As a standalone, it entails three days at 60-90 minutes each. The cost is $950.
Journeying can be framed around a specific need or request for healing on a physical, mental, emotional, energetic, or spiritual level. You can gain healing power and advice from the lower or upper worlds. This is most often done in a series of five sessions, each 90 minutes to 3 hours.
You might also regress back to the place between lives or explore forward to the place of your next transition. This can be helpful in exploring karmic relationships, purpose, personal limitations and triggers. There is foundation needed before proceeding with this work.
Spiritual resourcing may be obtained whether you find that quiet place while petting your cat, or using your imagination to take a break at the beach. Even an atheist can be mesmerized by a spider’s web. There is guidance and wisdom available to you from non-ordinary reality and I'll help you get nurtured to your web of light.

Mindfulness and meditation help reduce aggression, symptoms of ADHD, anxiety and depression. They are also are shown to improve test scores, focus, self-control, and work performance.
Learning how to use these techniques does not require wearing all white, chanting mantras, or sitting for long periods of time. Mindfulness can be practiced while you take a shower, wash your dishes, or engaging in work.
Together we can help you develop rituals like setting an intention each morning, chakra clearing, creating an alter space, or practicing yoga.
