✨ What Happens in a Spiritual Healing Session

Each session is built around a specific intention, which becomes the doorway for transformation. You do not need to know whether you want healing or guidance — only what you want to explore.

During your session, I may:

🌌 After Death Communication (IADC)

A pathway to peace, connection, and emotional relief after loss

Induced After Death Communication (IADC), created by Dr. Allan Botkin, is a short-term, grief-focused intervention based on EMDR principles. It is designed to gently access and transform the sadness associated with loss.

IADC helps clients:

process grief at a deeper level
temporarily set aside cognitive distractions
tolerate and release intense emotion
access a sense of connection or presence from their loved one (for many, though not all)
experience deep peace, even without a direct connection

Format

Two 90-minute sessions on consecutive days
Typically provided online
Most effective 12+ months after the loss
Requires a 15-minute screening call
Requires the ability to experience difficult emotions

If we determine this method is appropriate, we’ll schedule your two sessions and you can reserve them afterward via payment link.

🌙 Spiritual Resourcing, Empowerment & Guidance

These sessions help you receive wisdom from your ancestors, Spirit Helpers, and your own inner guidance. You’ll learn how to integrate this support into your daily life and reconnect to your own “web of light.”

In a session, we may:

journey together into non-ordinary reality
seek information that supports your intention
explore your soul’s lessons, patterns, or purpose
work with energy, imagery, or somatic awareness
unravel karmic relationships or persistent triggers

If you’re already skilled in shamanic journeying or astral travel, you may explore:

the place between lives
forward progression into your next transition
deeper insight into relationships, purpose, limitations, or patterns

Most people benefit from a series of five sessions to build skill in accessing guidance on their own moving forward.

Mindfulness and meditation reduce anxiety, depression, aggression, ADHD symptoms, and improve focus, emotional regulation, and well-being.
But your practice doesn’t need to look a certain way.

Mindfulness can be done:

while showering
while washing dishes
while walking
during your workday
through simple breath or grounding rituals

Together we may develop:
